Appetizer:
Lobster Taco
Lobster in paprika and saffron butter, caramelized onions, shoestring fried sweet potatoes, mango salsa, topped with an avocado wedge.
Served with Freixenet Blanc de Blanc

Soup:
Watermelon & Kiwi Gazpacho
Fresh watermelon Gazpacho mirrored with fresh Kiwi Gazpacho for a sweet and tart combination that has just the right acidity
Served with Freixenet Cordon Rosado

Entrée:
Pork and Chicken Kabob
Marinated Pork Tenderloin and White Meat Chicken breast in Spanish spices, broiled with fresh garden vegetables and served over Spanish rice  
 Served with Tapena Tempranillo (Plus a special surprise wine)

Dessert:
 Poached Pear Tart
Tart shell filled with Crème Brulee, a poached pear and topped with Whipped Mascarpone
